O.K. I just noticed something happening, and at first I thought I was going crazy. It's quite difficult to describe, so bear with me.......

If I open two windows side by side on my desktop and put them near the top of the screen, they are both the same colour and contrast. Obviously, you might say. However, If I then grab one of those windows and slowly move it towards the bottom of the screen, it gets lighter and lighter the further I move it down, until if I drag it all the way down so that...

I just noticed that I have climbed to number 5 in the most downloaded WindowBlinds authors list. I was #8 for ages, so I was surprised that my ranking climbed like that. Thanks for downloading my stuff guys.

If anyone has some spare time to write a quick guide to making cursors, I would really appreciate some help. I'm o.k. making the images, animations etc, I just need to know how to actually START. Any assistance would be good.

I was pleasantly surprised to see today, whilst checking my download stats, that my WindowBlinds skin "Windows 2004" had reached over 10,000 downloads. I wasn't expecting this skin to do very well due to it's all round fat frame, but I have been heartened by the many comments saying that the size of the frame doesn't matter, as long as the skin is attractive and works well.



I have never been one to worry about the general size of a frame in WindowBlinds, preferring to get my artistic idea...
